Format & Style
We recommend that for best results you let the resume writer decide on the format and length of the resume, depending on such factors as the extent of your experience and whether you are changing careers. We will, however, conform to your requirements if you want a specific format or number of pages.
As a general rule, if you are just entering the job market or are on a continuing career path, have no more than about 5-8 years of experience, and no more than about 2-3 jobs, you should probably use a one page resume. If you have more extensive experience, are changing careers, are returning to a previous career for which your more recent experience is less relevant, or have other special requirements, you will probably get better results from a two page resume. If you are at the executive or upper management level, with very extensive and varied experience, a three page resume might be best.
The chronological format is the most common style, and is generally used for anyone on a continuing career path, where their last position is the most relevant to their objective. In this format, your employment is listed in order, most recent first, with your experience listed under each employer. When your career is being changed, or your objective does not relate to your more recent experience, or you have significant gaps in employment, a functional resume is often more appropriate. In this format, your experience and skills are categorized and listed first, and then your employment is listed afterwards with little comment. This format most often requires a two page resume.

Current Career Objective
Describe your purpose for this resume. Include the kind(s) of position(s) you are interested in and what you would like this resume to accomplish for you. Give as much detail as you feel is necessary. Remember, if you're not sure if something will be helpful, include it (as well as any concerns you have about it) and let the resume writer do the editing.
Objective:
Summary of work experience
Summarize your employment history, accomplishments, and skills. This is an overview, we'll look at the details next.
Brief summary of work experience:
Employment History
Fill out as many employers as necessary to cover at least 5-6 years of work history. Also include earlier positions if they are especially relevant to what you are wanting to do now, (i.e. if you are making a career change for which your earlier experience is more relevant than your more recent experience). If you have been in the work force full time for a shorter period, it is not necessary to list part time jobs during school unless they are particularly helpful to your current career path, (or you are a very recent graduate with less than two years of full time work experience). This form will accept up to six employers. It is not recommended that you list more than that, but if you consider it absolutely necessary, add any other employers in the "additional relevant information" section at the end of the form.

We'll edit for effective and appropriate presentation:
